Buganda Education Commission: Ministry of Education Uganda.
1 Developing and making different research programs on the teaching of English language as a second language to learners.
2 Advanced the best ways of teaching English language as a second language to learners. Student centered integrated approach.
ACHIEVEMENT : The recommendation of a student centered integrated approach of the four language skills was adopted by the schools in Uganda.
The employment of different subjects and the use of literature in a language class room were accepted by many schools.
2005- 2007 Setter and Examiner; English and Literature in English
Buganda Joint Examination Board. Ministry of Education Uganda (Recess Periods)
1 Setting standard high school English and literature examinations.
2 Marking English language examinations both grammar and written English.
3 Marking literature examinations, novels, plays, prose and poetry.
ACHIEVEMENT: The Buganda Joint Examination Board appointed me as a chief examiner of written English.
2003- 2009 Lecturer (Part Time) National Teachers college Mubende Uganda
1 Module development of English and literature in English for teacher education for the different years along attaining a Diploma in Teacher Education.
2 Taught English language methodology; how a teacher teaches English in a language classroom, choice of English aspects for different levels, integration of the four language skills
3 Taught literature methodology; how to deliver in a literature class, and exploring different aspects of literature.
ACHIEVEMENT : The two modules were adopted by the National College Council.
In 2008, I was awarded the best English grammar lecturer in the National Teachers College category.
2006- 2009 Director of studies. Lubiri High School Uganda
1 Developing and implementing the teacher’s time table, test periods and extra activities.
2 Developing schemes of work for teachers. Checking and making a follow up of the teachers schemes of work and lesson plans.
3 Designing refresher courses for teachers of English and literature in English.
1998-2006 English language and Literature in English Teacher Lubiri High School Uganda
1 Taught English language grammar and literature in English that included plays, novels from different writers through out the world and poems
ACHIEVEMENT : In 2005, I was awarded the best literature teacher at the school, and chosen to represent the school in the setting of national literature exams.
In 2005, I was chosen as the head of the department of Ordinary level literature.

Rater. IELTS, SAT, GRE, GMAT and TOEFL.
